Government Solutions
StaffAlerter is the right solution for any government facility, providing the ability to manage any number of devices, control any number of systems, and alert key personnel to problems or threats as they arise.
A typical use case for the government might include emergency call buttons, connected either wired or wirelessly through the building Wi-Fi network to the StaffAlerter Cloud Server.
Someone pressing these buttons can request security, control devices or doors, and call for help with a simple touch. Portable call buttons, called PAD’s (Personal Alerting Devices) can also be employed to handle mobile workers.
Door monitoring typically applied to those doors not a part of an access control system, can report real-time status, and if the door is propped open, can alert staff. These simple-to-install, wireless sensors allow any number of entry points to be monitored.
The need to have reliable systems in place for notifying staff that can be used for all types of scenarios, StaffAlerter provides the ability for government facilities to communicate with their staff over multiple communication channels.
Government security staff play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for workers and the public. StaffAlerter can be used to alert them to potential security threats involving persons or events in real time. Events involving court rooms, judge’s chambers and public areas such as council chambers and government official’s offices can be directed to police and security personnel via silent alarm devices.
To prevent doors being propped open, PropStop notifies users via Text SMS, voice calls, email or push notifications to security providing information on specific doors and status. Customizable time values can be set for each door to define what period the door can be open before the system determines and “propped open” condition exists.
Threat Extinguisher provides a tool to protect staff in the event of a physical altercation where the element of danger is high. Threat Extinguisher uses a pepper gel spray up to 30 feet from the device to de-escalate situations. When the Threat Extinguisher is removed from its carrier, an alert is sent to the StaffAlerter, and the alerts, notifications, and responses that you want to be sent are initiated.
